This would be something that should be implemented after we have the API and the portals all separated out into their own apps. The Idea for this is that we would have for WeCounsel Admins the ability to choose what steps/forms are optional/required for organization portals. Each org needs special attention to what information they need for their users. Our rules in the code for determining this tends to get very obtuse. In the admin dashboard for WeCounsel Admins, we could have a UI where they can use checkboxes for which forms that they want in their setup and decide wether its a optional or required step. We would want as much control of this as possible to not create more issues than it would solve, that is why we think that having the WeCounsel Admins control this would be beneficial.
