Add no-show functionality

Let's say a session is scheduled for 1:00 pm. By 1:08 the provider knows this person is a no show and they would like to cancel the session so that they can schedule a session with another client for right now, but they can't because it's past the time of the session. So, I propose that when the session of the time has passed the cancel button disappears and a no show button appears. Clicking this moves the session into the past session's list withthe no show designation and abbreviates the time of the session retroactively so that the provider can proceed with immediately scheduling a new session.
